Working through countless ideas and thoughts, reflections, questions and answers. There was a lot and nothing going on, both at the same time.

Reflecting upon an experience as significant as the Games is not easy. There are too many raw emotions at times, but to not respect those thoughts and emotions would be a disservice to the experience as well. I would say there are multiple times when you need to think about the experience. Reflect on everything and specific aspects. Be critical and kind. Realistic, hopeful, and vulnerable.

My strength for so long has been my consistency, and that’s what I did again throughout the Sprint Pursuit day. But there were others willing and capable of surpassing the standard of my consistency.
